Slow down. Listen inward. Come home to yourself.

This full-day experiential psychotherapy intensive invites you into a deeper relationship with your body, breath, emotions, and inner knowing.
Rather than only talking about change, we create space for your nervous system to soften, your body to speak, and insight to emerge from within.
Through breath, somatic practices, guided inner work, quiet reflection, and group connection, you will be supported to move at your own pace — with care, choice, and grounding.

A carefully held experience

This work can be powerful.

That is why the intensive includes preparation, screening, and integration support. Before the group day, we take time to make sure the experience is a good fit. During the day, you are supported with pacing, grounding, and choice. Afterward, the integration session helps you begin bringing what emerged into daily life.

This may be for you if...

You are feeling called toward something deeper.

You may be ready to listen to the body, work with emotion in a different way, or reconnect with parts of yourself that have been waiting for space.

This is not about performance, catharsis, or doing it “right.”

It is about presence, safety, curiosity, and allowing what is ready to unfold.

The screening call helps determine whether this intensive is appropriate for your current needs and circumstances.
